Centralized mixing station
Polimat ® is a series of mixers for high flow rates with high prevalence, it can use well water, aqueduct water or osmotic water indifferently.
It is recommended for use in companies where the concentration and the used lubricant are constant for many production lines and there is therefore convenience in centralizing the mixing system.
All mechanical parts are designed to prevent malfunctions and minimize routine maintenance.
On the version SKID backup, distinguished double drives are installed for the solution relaunch, which guarantee continuity of supply during maintenance or in conditions of first failure.
In the case of long sections of piping which favor the formation of bacteria, fungi and algae, it is possible to install an optional pump that automatically injects a programmed quantity of fungicide during the preparation of the solution.
