In-line bottle treatment machine
The machine has the purpose of operating a spray treatment, consisting of a mixture of silicone polymers, on bottles taken from a production line and to reinsert them on the pickup line, to be started to the following processes. The bottles must have an anti scratching treatment in order to be handled and transported without aesthetic damage.
The treatment process is known to us, the element of novelty is the possibility of being able to carry out the treatment with a machine that can be inserted in any point of the line, without distorting the existing production flow; unlike the current ones, of which we are producers, that allow their positioning only at the exit from the annealing furnace.
