Pneumatic mixer for medium-high flow rates
Polimat PN is a volumetric mixer that does not require an electrical connection as it is completely pneumatic. It guarantees precise and repeatable solutions and emulsions at medium-high flow rates from 200-2000L/h with oil concentrations of 2÷30%.
Allows to set, easily and quickly, the percentage of oil required by manually volume adjusting of the dosing pump from 10÷150cc. A mechanical flow meter every 500cc of water activates the metering pump which injects the lubricant into the water flow.
It is designed for refill the coolant tanks of machine tools or storage tanks inside mechanical workshops, all mechanical parts are designed to prevent malfunctions and minimize routine maintenance.
