Mixer with magnetic counting and multiple concentrations
This mixer for high-very high flow rates, 3000-12000L/h, is recommended for the production of emulsions of cutting oil.
It is designed for centralized refilling of the coolant tanks of machine tools or of accumulation and relaunch tanks within large mechanical workshops.
It differs from all other types of mixers of our production, due to the possibility of setting different percentages of oil in emulsion depending on the tank/machine to be served.
Paired with the "Oil-Spy" option, it is able to check the actual concentration in the tank and bring it back to the desired value, eliminating variations in concentration due to evaporation.
It is recommended for use in large companies where the accuracy of concentration is important both in economic terms and in technical results.
All mechanical parts are designed to prevent malfunctions and minimize routine maintenance.
