Automatic Car Handles rework
The customer's request was to eliminate the burrs of the mould and the injection shank from automotive handles. The solution was a pallet ring with centesimal positioning, with four robots to perform the abrasion processing and automatic replacement of the abrasive discs. Subsequently, the plastic is made to "revive" by flame, the serial code is lasered and after passing through an automatic anti-fire dust detection zone, it is depalletised by the fifth robot at the end of the line. All confined and filtered in a room of our own construction and combined with an uninterruptible power supply that allows the end of the cycle in progress and the return to “home” position even in the event of a power failure.
