Automatic palletizing, labeling and wrapping line
The customer's request was to palletize different products arriving from ten machines in line on eight pallets at a time. The solution was to use RFID tags to identify the origins of the boxes from the different machines and to interface the robot with the customer's MES to obtain palletising data (quantities, orders and destinations) directly from the factory's logistics system. The system of roller conveyors, elevators, labeller and wrapping machine for the finished pallets, completes the plant according to the turnkey formula.
