Series of magnetic counting mixers
Polimag® is a series of mixers for high-very high flow rates, recommended for any use with cutting oils or for tool lubrication; the whole range follows the characteristics of the corresponding models of the Polimat® series, with the difference that the flow meter is not mechanical with a turbine but magnetic.
This series was created to manage water not perfectly filtered or well water and flow rates up to 12000L/h, the absence of moving parts prevents any residues in the flow from blocking the count or ruining the flow meter, it cannot be used with osmotic water.
It is recommended for use in companies where the concentration and the lubricant used are constant for many production lines and there is therefore convenience in centralizing the mixing system.
All mechanical parts are designed to prevent malfunctions and minimize routine maintenance.
