Mixer for black and white lubricants - Graphite/Boron
Polimat® 2P is a mixer of CEEL/RA series, with the additional possibility of choosing between one of two lubricants by activating the self-washing function up to the nozzles before changing the product, to avoid contamination between the two materials in the pipes. Recommended for graphite boron, it works very well with cutting oils, it's possible to choose between oil from cast iron/steel and aluminum. In the photos below an example of possible installation, with emptying of the pipeline and recovery of the solution between one product change and another. The management of the system is carried out via PLC with the possibility of remote control for interfacing with the customer's MES.
