Proportional mixer for medium flow rates
Polimat ® is a series of mixers for high flow rates with high prevalence, recommended in glassworks for "cold end" or "hot end", for the production of Bordeaux bottles or similar, it can use well water, aqueduct or osmotic water indifferently.The concentration and lubricant used must be the same for all served production lines to enable centralization.
Optionally on this model it is possible to install an additional solution booster pump, this guarantees continuity of delivery even in the event of failure or scheduled maintenance of the main pump.
In the case of long sections of piping, which favor the formation of bacteria, fungi and algae, it is possible to install an optional pump that automatically injects a programmable quantity of fungicide during the preparation of the solution.
