Medium flow centralized mixer
The application we propose as an example is a centralized volumetric mixer for soluble or emulsifiable lubricants at medium flow rates (Max. 1200L/h). The plant produces emulsion and re-launches it under pressure, based on the POLIMAT-MC mixer model in its backup version. The goal was to make the machine completely redundant to ensure its operation in areas of continuous uninterrupted production, such as glass factories. The customization includes removable stainless steel tanks for washing without dedicated equipment, UV sterilizers, emergency pumps, fungicide pumps, synoptic alarms for all operating parameters and connection to the customer's MES for remote monitoring.
