Mixer for cold treatment of bottles
Volumix® is a volumetric mixing system, it creates the solution in real time without accumulations, thus preventing the formation of algae, fungi or decay of the mixture. This makes it ideal if there is the need to reach and maintain the HACCP standards on one or more production lines. All the details are designed to prevent malfunctions and minimize routine maintenance. In the STDxP version this mixer has a touch screen display, which allows the monitoring of the machine status, the setting of the required mixing ratios and the management of alarms. Its precision characteristics and the flow rate for which it is designed make it ideal for serving 1÷2 production lines.
In the STD2P version, two different products are managed and the machine automatically cleans the pipes before moving from one type of treatment to another.
