Treatment hood for atomization of olein
APX® is a hot treatment system with deposition of olein in the form of cold-atomized mist, made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Inside the treatment hood, the olein is atomized by means of fans that force a rotating flow, the olein remains in suspension at a homogeneous concentration. Two preheating zones guarantee the maintenance of the optimal temperature for the treatment and optimize consumption by adapting to the thermal inertia due to the passage of hot bottles in the tunnel.
The management software, created to control the system in a simple and intuitive way, allows to set up and monitor the machine at every stage of its operation, even remotely.
